Yes we have both phone support and technical sheets to assist you.

What is the delivery time on our inks and make-up?
We delivery both UK Nationwide and to Europe. In the UK we can deliver same day before 12pm and 4.30pm, and by 9am next day.

My OEM equipment supplier told me that if I use other inks or make-up inks I will void my warranty, is this true?
No! The OEM may not void a warranty because the consumer used an alternative source of supply. The only exception is if the alternative source is the sole reason for any verified damage to the equipment.

Does SIC have service technicians on staff who can assist me with any problems ?
